Solstice Condos – Mississauga

Solstice Condos are another popular tower located in the Mississauga Square One area. Built and registered by Davies-Smith Corporation in 2008, Solstice is a 38 storey building with distinctive powder blue and tan cladding, and it has a very stylish look that received several top industry awards for design. Today, Solstice is a sought after location for condo dwellers, both for people looking to buy, and people looking to rent. The municipal address for Solstice is 225 Webb, Drive, Mississauga.

Solstice has a long list of amenities that you would expect at a newer luxury project – 24 hour concierge, an impressive lobby with water feature, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, party, meeting, and home theatre rooms, a rooftop terrace with BBQ areas, and much more. We profile all aspects of Solstice at my main site – including location, prices, amenities review, schools, shopping, and walk score…you can find it here…. http://www.randyselzer.com/Solstice-Condos-Mississauga.html

The real estate market for condos in Mississauga remains robust, in spite of the massive supply of new projects in the area. Investors have found that units in many of these Square One condos are easy to lease, due to the attractive location at the centre of the city in downtown Mississauga. You can get much more information on Solstice, and on other Square One properties, from my ongoing series that profiles in detail, the many Mississauga condos for sale at Square One.
